Why start therapy now?
It's not uncommon to think “I’ll just push through it” or “It’s not that bad”. While this might be true at times, it isn’t always the case. Perhaps you find yourself worrying repeatedly, not being able to find enjoyment in things or experiencing stress and anxiety that leaves you with little energy to fully participate in other areas of your life. Therapy can help you make connections between how your experiences might be affecting your functioning, explore thought patterns, behaviours and unpack feelings that are interfering in your ability to move forward. Your health is a priority. You deserve to feel like yourself again and not just manage, but thrive.
Our Mission
Inner Mind Counselling & Psychotherapy believes in creating a therapeutic partnership where you feel a sense of safety, comfort and ease, all while discussing the most challenging parts of your life. It is my mission to not only help you uncover the cause of your struggles, but to also to explore what keeps it going and offer practical approaches to help shift uncomfortable feelings, thoughts and patterns leaving you feeling empowered and confident.
