Burnout Counselling

Move Beyond Survival Mode

Burnout is more than feeling tired. It can leave you emotionally, mentally, and physically exhausted, making it difficult to enjoy your work, care for others, or feel present in your everyday life.

Whether burnout is caused by work, caregiving, perfectionism, or the constant demands of modern life, recovery is possible with the right support.

THE APPROACH

My Approach

Our work begins with understanding the full picture of your life. Together, we'll explore the external demands contributing to burnout, as well as the internal patterns, such as perfectionism, over-functioning, or people-pleasing, that often keep the cycle going.

Therapy focuses on helping your nervous system shift out of chronic stress while creating realistic, sustainable changes that support long-term wellbeing.

Rather than expecting overnight change, we'll focus on steady progress that allows you to reconnect with yourself and participate in life with greater energy and balance.

Treatment may include:

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Healthy boundary setting

  • Lifestyle assessment

  • Sleep and routine support

  • Stress management strategies

  • Practical tools that you can begin using between sessions

THE EXPERIENCE

What You Can Expect

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe healing happens both inside and outside of the therapy room, and together we'll create strategies that fit your everyday life.

There is no pressure to have everything figured out. Therapy provides a space to slow down, reflect, and build a healthier way of moving through life's demands.

Begin Your Recovery

You don't have to continue running on empty. With support, you can restore balance, reconnect with what matters most, and move forward with greater resilience and confidence.
